“We were picked up shortly after the scheduled time and had an interesting tour round the highlights of Malta. Vince was an excellent, well informed tour guide with just the right amount of dry humour! A great way for a tourist to get their bearings on the island. Our driver Mario was excellent too! The lunch stop at the former RAF Officers Mess (now a hotel and restaurant Pointe de View) beside Mdina was, without doubt, the best meal we have ever had on an organised tour. Bravo!”

“Incredibly rushed, too much of swapping coaches. Very very little time to explore any of the stops. When we arrived at Mdina (which was the whole point of booking the trip) we were informed we needed to be back at the meeting point within 30 mins. Barely enough time to grab a drink let alone see any of the sights. Very disappointed. Lunch was below average and again very rushed. I wasn’t asked about any allergies/dietary requirements and when the food came out, there were mushrooms in the sauce (I’m allergic). The visit to the Mosta Rotunda was a quick 20 mins walk through what I can only imagine is…”

“Advertised as an 8 hour your. First hour was driving around in a van with a woman who never spoke? To pick up people at other places. Finally ended up at a location with many people where we were divided into different groups and put onto large buses, which were air conditioned and comfortable. We boarded the bus at 8:44 but didn’t get on the bus and moving until close to 10:00 am. When our bus took off the tour guide told us where we would be going. The narration was rambling and difficult to understand. We spent 20-30 minutes on the grounds of the palace where the guide pointed…”

We had a great time exploring the medieval city of Mdina. Rabat’s basilica and st. Paul’s catacombs were a great piece of history and San Anton Gardens were a blast with all the peacocks and beautiful sorts of trees.”
