“The driver first showed up with a car that was too small to accommodate our family and our bands, as well as showed up with her small child and his car seat, which necessitated leaving him behind at the airport. She asked to arrange return transport privately for cash and then did not show up on time. We waited until agreed upon departure time (any driver would show up a few minutes early) and then we departed with alternate option. She then proceeded to send a profane text to me even after I told her that I was leaving with our family.”

“Our private tour of Malta was very nice. I would have liked more information about the sights from our driver. Instead of telling us about Malta, he had videos on an iPad about each area for us to watch while he drove. But if I’m watching videos in the car, I’m not getting to look around at the scenery while we drive. My husband took to asking him lots of questions about the island, which he answered. He was friendly and nice, but he was basically a taxi driver to each area. He didn’t walk around with us or talk to us about anything. We didn’t get to walk around…”
