Didn't instruct your group when and where to walk. Poor communication: We lost over half the group between the first and second bars. Attempts to contact the tour operator for directions were unsuccessful. Lack of organisation: A group member had to return to the first bar to ask for directions to the next location. Unprofessional behavior: Upon reuniting, the tour guide offered no apology. He seemed oblivious to losing the group, as he was preoccupied with chatting up a woman.…”
